| Every week, 12% of the collected funds for the

| What type of cards can I accept from my
customers? |
| Visa and Mastercard credit and debit
cards. JCB and Discover credit cards. |

| Is there a set-up fee to open an account? |
| No. |

| Is there a reserve? |
| Yes. For your security, 15% of the balance
in your account is held in a rolling reserve. The
reserve is paid back to your account every 26 weeks. |

| Can you administer my affiliate program? |
| Yes. |

| How do you manage my passwords? |
| Our script (PHP or ASP) manages your
passwords. An E-Z Payment Services engineer will need to
install our script on your web server. |

| Can I set my own prices? |
| Yes. We offer one-time tariffs, or
recurring tariffs, or a mixture eg. 3 days trial for $2.95
followed by 30 days recurring at $20.95. The period of
recurring as well as the amount to charge is set by you in
your E-Z Payment Services control panel. |

| What happens if I incur a chargeback? |
| Well run sites get very few chargebacks.
Badly run sites will incur many chargebacks. Your
account will be debited $20 bank charges for each chargeback
incurred. E-Z Payment Services reserves the right to
suspend or close your account at any time, for any reason
including an unacceptably high level of chargebacks in any
week. |
